I am starting a new project „Street style on film“. For this purpose I’m gonna use my Soviet FED (ФЭД) which is probably as old as me if not older. I will cross the streets of Paris looking for fresh outfits and beautiful faces. I hope to meet some interesting people and succeed in taking a good photo of them. As I am not professional photographer this is quite a challenge. Wish me luck and stay tuned. Oh, and don’t forget to put a nice outfit, because I may run into you. Well, if you are in Paris…

Russians in Paris / Русские в Париже

I am not so sure if they were Russian, maybe they were Ukrainian. Anyway, they spoke in English and I didn’t have to speak in Russian – something I try to avoid as much as possible, because I am not very aware about the slang there and I think people get a wrong impression about me as of a very conservative person who speaks too correctly and with too much respect when it’s not needed. Tell me if I’m wrong…

Я не уверенна, что они из России, может быть и из Украины. Мы общались на английском, так что мне не понадобилось говорить по русски, что я пытаюсь избегать, потому что я не очень в курсе какой там сленг сейчас и думаю, что люди будут меня воспринимать как старомодного и консервативного человека, который говорит слишком правильно и слишком уважительно, когда  это не обязательно…Не знаю права ли я…
